|  | Q: Are the products that are sold on designgadgets.com compatible with electrical regulations around the world? A: It depends on the product in question; these days most power adapters
are compatible with all power grids in the world that range from
100-240W. For more details please contact us at info@designgadgets.com or read the
documentation that comes with your purchased product.
|  | Q: I can't find the product I'm looking for! A: DeGa is not an ordinary webshop. We provide only designed, unique, high quality, and in many cases exclusive and limited edition products (some products are a single unit). We strive for the best and highest, and this is rare.

|  | Q: The product is out of stock. Can I still order? A: You can order a product listed as out of stock (it will be marked by *** when placed in 'my cart)'. However, the delivery time would extend significantly, depending on the type of product.
When deciding not to renew a product's stock, we will place a notification in the product's article. In rare situations, you are notified about this by mail, after placing the order. No need for worry, you are not charged.

|  | Q: How do I identify an authentic email from DesignGadgets? A: DeGa never asks for personal information of any kind, whether full name, password, address or the such by email. Email sent by DeGa contains information or confirmation of registration, ordering or to update you about promotions.
DeGa's email has a unique html format. The logo is present and contact information is listed on the bottom. If this format is absent, the message did not originate from DeGa. However, do not depend on the mail format and presentation as the only measurement of identification. This can easily be copied and information changed.

|  | Q: I don't have a credit card. How can I still buy from DeGa? A: The preferred method for payment is via a credit card. This allows us to provide a faster and more reliable service.
You can, however, pay using PayPal account. When placing the order, you will be redirected to PayPal site, where you can fill your username and password for PayPal account.
Money transfer is accepted in rare cases. In such a situation, different conditions apply. You need to contact us by phone listed under 'Call Center,' to start the process and get the necessary details. The product is sent ONLY after the money is transfered to our account and confirmed.
|  | Q: Is shopping with designgadgets.com safe? A: In short and without too much technicality, YES. We are working with
VISA, Master Card and American express, who during the shopping, verify
the identity of the shopper and the shop he/she is buying from. The
user is fully protected and in case of fraud or theft the cardholder will be
reimbursed by his credit card company. Our transactions (any data
that is transferred between your computer and our servers) is encrypted
and securely transferred over the web for verification by Ogone (www.ogone.com), a known and respected security company. If

PayPal For your convenience we have implemented VISA and MasterCard payments via PayPal. PayPal is a secure and safe way for paying online, if you have never used it before we recommend you to do so. For the first time you will need to create an account, the process takes about 3-5 minutes. Afterwards every time you need to buy online the only thing you need to do is to enter your username and password and your payment is done.

|  | Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes, DesignGadgets works with several couriers, to insure the lowset possible shipping rates. After the product is handed to the courier, the customer will recieve by e-mail all the neccessary details for tracking the package online: courier's name and website, and the package tracking number.
|  | Q: How can I track my order? A: Designgadgets provides the instructions for tracking the order, in the e-mail mentioned above. Generally, to track the order, the customer is required to browse to the courier's website, and to query the search using the package tracking number. The tracking procedure, in terms of length, query type, presentation of results and more, could differ from one courier to the other.
Upon receiving the e-mail with the tracking number you might not see any results of the tracking for the first 24 hours.
|  | Q: How do I send to a different address from the one I registered with? A: DeGa allows you to store five (5) addresses. If the address book is full, and you with to send to an address not listed in there, the solution is to delete an old address from the address book, add the new one, then continue to place the order. When the order is confirmed, you can switch the address back.
|  | Q: The product is damaged and still under warranty. What can I do? A: In a case of a damaged product falling under the warranty conditions and period, DeGa will send you a replacement unit. You need to send the original unit back to us. You will not be charged when we ship a new unit to you.
