Shipping Destinations and policy


DeGa (DesignGadgets) ships worldwide.* Products are delivered within one week from the day of purchase, depending on product availability, courier and other conditions.** Please note the delivery time does not include other possible delaying factors not controlled by DeGa.

Domestic Shipping

Belgium is considered domestic terrain, all other area fall under international category. For domestic delivery, we use the reliable and efficient company TNT.

However, DeGa allows as well Personal Pickup. Customer can choose to pickup the pacakge from pickup points.

International Shipping

For international shipping, DeGa works with several couriers, striving to insure the lowest possible shipping rates. The customer is provided the necessary details for tracking the package online, after package is handed to the courier.

Insurance

All shipments are insured; if the product was damaged during transport you will be refunded or sent a replacement unit.*** Please note the insurance statement does not apply to laptop or desktop computers with faulty software, or to any product delivered via the Belgian post.

To report a damaged product, please contact customer care at info@designgadgets.com with the title “Damaged Product” in the subject field. Please include the following details in the mail: email address registered at DeGa, product name, invoice number and brief description of the perceived damage.

* Please note that shipping is paid during checkout process and is not included in the base price of the product.

** Delivery time could be delayed for certain products. In such a case, a note is placed on the bottom of the product’s article.
